SUBSTANCE: connector for a pipeline for fluid medium comprises a body (2), having a connecting nozzle (3) for connection with a pipe (4) and a connecting geometric element (7) for connection with the coupled element. It is preferable to remove the auxiliary element from the pipeline for fluid medium so that the risk of leakage is low. With this purpose the body (2) has an outlet hole (9), through which from the body (2) at least one auxiliary element (10, 11) goes outside. At the same time the auxiliary element (10, 11) passes via an elastomer body (12), which when loaded by pressure in parallel to direction of passage of the auxiliary element (10, 11) through it expands perpendicularly to the direction of the passage, and which, when necessary is retained in the outlet hole (9) with the help of a retaining device (19, 20, 21).

EFFECT: reduced leaks of fluid medium from a pipeline.
