SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a combined reactor for the synthesis of urea, which includes: an ammonium carbamate synthesis reaction section, a urea synthesis reaction section and an exhaust gas washing section, wherein the ammonium carbamate synthesis reaction section is horizontally located in the lower part, and the three urea synthesis reaction sections are evenly connected vertically in the annular space of the carbamate synthesis reaction section, in the upper part of each urea synthesis reaction section there is a section for washing exhaust gases, wherein the ammonium carbamate synthesis reaction section has a symmetrical structure with tube chambers at both ends. In the ammonium carbamate synthesis reaction section, symmetrically distributed heat exchange tubes with a double U-shaped structure are provided, the heat exchange tube is welded to the tube plate of the tube chamber, support plates are provided outside the heat exchange tube, wherein section in lower part of urea synthesis reaction section provides reaction trays, and in the upper part there is a bundle of heat exchange tubes, the ends of the bundle of heat exchange tubes are respectively welded to the tube plates, and the bundles of the heat exchange tubes are supported by baffles. Invention also relates to a urea synthesis system comprising a combined urea synthesis reactor.

EFFECT: simple design, high efficiency of heat exchange, low investment and production costs, ease of installation.
