FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device (100) for logging of specific microresistance includes a two-functional electrode (180), placed between a guarded electrode (160) and a reverse electrode (170). An excitation circuit (210) makes it possible to implement independent electric potential of the two-functional electrode (180) in order to regulate depth of research under measurement of specific microresistance. The depth of research has a trend to rising under higher electric potential of the two-functional electrode (180).
EFFECT: possibility to perform measurements at multiple depths without usage of high quantity of electrodes.
