FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: device includes drill pipe, drill bit connected to terminal end of the above drill pipe, and group of mutually spaced electrodes installed on drill pipe, coated with semi-porous material and having the possibility of receiving DC voltage signals corresponding to transient filtration potentials. High-impedance voltage measurement diagrams are connected to group of electrodes. Electrodes are installed on drill pipe in electrically insulated sections. Group of electrodes includes variety of measurement electrodes and at least one support electrode. Device includes processor which receives signals perceived with the group of electrodes, and uses these signals for formation of underground formation parametre.
EFFECT: increasing stability, improving the possibility of measurement of transient process during longer period of time for long formation, possibility of making signal measurements with lower levels.
