SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a scheme using an electronic switch on the basis of a transistor that is in-series connected to a break of a positive power bus and operates in a Closed/Open mode depending on the transport vehicle (TV) mains voltage value and has short activation/deactivation time in comparison to pulse duration; therefore, it manages to cut out short high-voltage pulses with duration of at least less than 1 microsecond. At overvoltage values the instrument is powered from the capacitance, and when normal value (nominal for this transport vehicle) of voltage is reached, the switch is set back to Closed mode, and the protected electronic instrument starts its operation again from a transport vehicle power source.
