SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a utilisation plant of oil-contaminated soils, which includes a preliminary preparation unit and a thermal decomposition unit in the form of a rectifying column, in which the preliminary preparation unit includes a mixer connected to an organic solvent capacity and a centrifuge, and the thermal decomposition unit is provided with a pyrolysis furnace, the inlet of which is connected to the preliminary preparation unit, and the outlet is connected through an evaporator to the above rectifying column that is connected through coolers to light fraction and heavy fraction capacities, the outlets of which are connected to the mixer.
EFFECT: improving utilisation efficiency; obtaining output hydrocarbon mixture with specified parameters.
