SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cable path with a cable tray (1), which has two opposite side walls (2) that stretch substantially in the horizontal direction, at the same time the side walls (2) in the area of their lower edges are connected to each other by means of multiple connection links (3) arranged at the distance from each other in direction of the longitudinal length of the side walls (2) or the bottom, at least with one support (4) arranged substantially orthogonally to the longitudinal length of the side walls (2) and stretching substantially horizontally, at the same time the cable tray (1) rests against the support (4), and with fastening facilities to fix the side walls (2) to the support (4). Side walls (2) are made in the form of C-shaped profiles opened to outside with a wall part (5) and two C-shaped shelves connected to opposite sides of the wall part (5), so that the fastening facilities comprises a reinforcing element (8), which has two surfaces (9, 10) of the joint, at the same time the first surface (9) of the joint in the mounted condition adjoins from the outer side to the wall part (5) and is connected with it, and at the same time the second surface (10) of the joint in the mounted condition adjoins at the top or at the bottom to the support (4) of the C-shaped shelf (7).

EFFECT: reinforcement of a tray in the area of supports, possibility of considerable reduction of tray weight.
