SUBSTANCE: device comprises a bipolar source of DC voltage supply, inlet clamps of inductance coils are combined into a single point on the common wire of the source of power supply, diodes of locked keys of a bridge converter are connected in one line with cathodes, and in the other line - by anodes, and are connected to accumulating capacitors as capable of disconnection from collectors and emitters of locked keys by means of disconnectors between the specified lines of connection of the circuits of collectors and emitters of transistor locked keys, and connection accordingly to a positive and a negative clamps of the source of power supply.

EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities of a device by provision of possibility of supply from DC sources and increased value of accumulating capacitor charge.
