SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The installation (1) for automatic manufacture of bakery products with application of a dough strip (2) contains a semi products contains a dough kneading machine (3) for kneading dough from prepared initial products. The extruder (4) is applied for dough extrusion with the aim of a dough strip (2) production. The separation device (18) is applied for the dough strip (2) division into dough strip bits (19) having pre-specified weight. The further preparation device (27) is applied for final treatment of bakery products produced from dough strip bits (19). The further preparation process include the stage of dough strip bits (19) supply into the corresponding receptacle vessels (29a) in at least one transporting mould (29), the stage of dough strip bits (19) fermentation in the transporting mould (29) and the stage of fermented dough strip bits (19) baking.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase performance during bakery products manufacture and to reduce production costs.
