SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an integrated method and system for beverage flavouring substances/ingredients dosaging and stirring/mixing. The invention objective consists in creation of a substance dosaging system where a unit dosages mixed beverage flavouring substances/ingredients with ice in one integrated system and performing independent cleaning for immediate repeated application without further contamination of the flavouring substance. The integrated beverage stirring system includes. a controller for menu selection, the ice portion control module, the ingredient module, the dosaging device that is connected to the portion control module and the ingredient module. Ice and the ingredient are dosaged into the beverage container by means of the said dosaging device and at least one blender module stirring and/or mixing ice and the ingredient in the beverage container which results in beverage production; when the said beverage container is removed from he blender module the latter initiates the cleaning mode.

EFFECT: creation of a substance dosaging system where a unit dosages mixed beverage flavouring substances/ingredients with ice in one integrated system and performing independent cleaning for immediate repeated application without further contamination of the flavouring substance.
