FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: machine includes a controller, a unit for reading a customer's order of a beverage recipe, manipulator with a drive for moving the glass, dispenser of empty glasses, module for the delivery of ingredients with drives by the number of bins, water system, a beverage dispensing unit having a weight sensor in the table, and a maintenance module disposed in the machine body. Module for the delivery of ingredients contains N wight strain gauges according to the number of bins. Manipulator contains a suspension for the glass, the suspension is attached cantilever to the manipulator slide through the first wight strain gauge, and the manipulator is adapted to move the said suspension in a horizontal plane during the placement of the glass on the table, followed by movement downward until it is disengaged from the cup and the suspension is withdrawn outside the dispensing assembly; the weight sensor installed in the table of the dispensing unit of the beverage glass is made as a second strain gauge. Controller is designed with the possibility to control the consumption of ingredients from the bins of the module for dispensing ingredients on indications of N weight strain gauge; on indications of the first weight strain gauge – the control the loading of the empty beaker into the suspension, filling the glass with ingredients according to the beverage formulation from the module for dispensing ingredients and liquids from the water system, and also the control of the presence of a glass in the suspension during the removal of the suspension from the delivery unit; according to the indications of the second weight strain-gauge – the control of the presence of a glass with a drink on the table of the dispensing unit.
EFFECT: increase the accuracy of dosing of the ingredients of beverages, id est adequacy of the prepared drink given to the consumer by the request, and the increase in the long-term operational reliability of the machine.
