FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to cardiac equipment. Isoelectric line drift in electrocardiosignal (ECS) recording is eliminated. Approximation of observed electrocardiosignal realisation is determined. Electrocardiosignal is divided into RR-intervals and synchronisation of RR-intervals by R-wave maximum is performed. RR-intervals with equal duration are identified. RR-intervals with equal energy are identified from RR-intervals with equal duration and coherent addition of those identified RR-intervals with equal energy, for each of which coefficient of mutual correlation of approximation of fragment of electrocardosignal, corresponding to said RR-interval and support signal is larger than preliminarily specified value, is performed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to measure time position of boundaries of segments in accurate way, identify diagnostically significant deviations of ST segment, connected with ischemia, in case of presence of interferences and artifacts, induced by patient's physical activity, and thus increase diagnostics quality.
