SUBSTANCE: cardiomonitor relates to field of medicine, in particular to electrocardiography and can be used for detecting informative parametres of ST-segment of electrocardiosignal (ECS), namely shift of inclination, form (convex or concave), deviation of ST-segment apex from its centre and various combinations of said parametres, as well as in analysis of changes of parametres of electrocardiosignal ST-segment at early stages of heart disease development. Cardiomonitor contains unit of electrocardiosignal formation, unit of QRS-complex separation, unit of ST-segment separation, unit of discretisation, unit of Walsh functions formation, unit of spectral coefficients formation, unit of detecting informative parametres of ST-segment, unit of indication, commutators of first group, commutators of second group, element of one-way conductivity, two-digit shift register, double-inlet commutator, multiplier and group multipliers, inlet of installation of mode of Walsh functions basic system or Varakin functions basic system use.

EFFECT: invention ensures increase of accuracy and reliability of estimation of electrocardiosignal ST-segment informative parametres and exrension of possibilities of analysis of greater variety of ST-segment forms due to application in parametre estimation process not only of spectral coefficients of basic system of Walsh functions but also of spectral coefficients of basic system of Varakin functions.
