SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sanitary and thermal water procedures to bring about conditioning and gardening effects on human organism. Case of proposed device consists of two spring-loaded parts with aligned channels for cold and hot water. Said spring-loaded also have holes to communicated cold water channel of case one part with hot water channel of case another part. Flywheel is arranged between said case part to make axial rotation. Flywheel holes in working position are aligned with those of channels and case parts.
EFFECT: simultaneous feed of cold and hot water, controlled outlet water temperature.
