SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a thermal-massage device, a method for thermal-massage using a device and a device for periodic flow of water through the second and third cavities of the thermal-massage device, relates to medical equipment and can be used for medical and health-and-prophylactic body massage. Thermo-massage apparatus comprises a flat flexible heat-resistant body divided into three cavities, in each of which there are flexible limiters and on the outer side holders connected to the housing by flexible links. First cavity at the inlet has water connection with the mixer and outlet with water valve by means of flexible water-supply tubular element. Second cavity through valve has water connection with mixer, on outlet hole of which there is a massage element. Third cavity through the valve has a connection with cold water, on the outlet hole of which there is also a massage element. Outlets with massaging elements in the second and third cavities are arranged in relation to each other in staggered order. Thermo-massaging method using the device is characterized in that through the first outer cavity, heated with temperature-controlled water, wherein through holes of second cavity with closed supply of inlet water into third cavity, hot water flows, and through holes of third cavity with closed supply of inlet water into second cavity cold water flows. When supplying inlet water into the second and third cavities, there is a periodical or simultaneous outflow of cold and hot water, wherein water supply is controlled by means of valves. Device for periodic water flow through the second and third cavities of the device contains valves having electric drives with the possibility of disconnection and switching-on by means of contacts having a control value of time delay during their periodical actuation and disconnections.
