Blade has main part 5 designed to create the flow in ambient medium and extends from blade bush side to blade end zone 7. Blade end edge zone has end element 6 to influence swirling in blade end edge zone 7. End element 6 is shaped to rounded streamlined body with at least one groove (13a, 13b, 13c; 13d, 13e, 13f) starting at transition zone 12 toward said main part along blade axis 8 to be bent towards the side 11 of blade down flow.
EFFECT: notable reduction of noise.
