SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a lid (100) of a container, in particular can for beverage, comprising a pouring opening (103) which is made with the ability to close by means of the locking element (120) which is mounted with the ability to move from the closed position to the opened position, and a device is provided for pressure equalisation with an opening (123) for equalising pressure, which interacts with an actuating element (110). The locking element for closing the opening (123) for equalising pressure when installing the actuating element (110) to the closed position when moving the actuating element (110) from the closed position to the opened position releases the opening (123) for equalising pressure. The locking element is made in the form of a tubular element (124) of flexible material which is connected to the opening (123) for equalising pressure. The tubular element (124) is closed impermeably for gas and/or liquid, using a reversible narrowing of the cross section when the actuating element (110) is in the closed position.

EFFECT: according to the invention the lid provides a safe communication with the atmosphere of the inner cavity of the container at its opening and has a simple structure.
