FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has first feeding station with vessels for accumulating mixture components of first product, discharge pipelines connected to vessels and equipped with first locking devices, second feeding station with vessels for accumulating mixture components of second product, discharge pipelines connected to vessels and equipped with second locking devices, and third feeding station with vessels for accumulating mixture components contained in both prepared products. During operation of apparatus, its discharge pipelines are constantly in open position. First discharge pipelines are communicated with third discharge pipelines through bypass pipeline equipped with lock valve. Other discharge pipelines are communicated with third discharge pipelines through bypass pipeline equipped with second lock valve. Apparatus may be used for preparing of, for example, beverages prior to bottling thereof. EFFECT: increased efficiency by providing continuous preparing of several products in single unit and, accordingly, reduced required working space and decreased expenses for service and maintenance of apparatus. 15 cl, 2 dwg
