SUBSTANCE: control system of operation of a continuous-action boiling tank with vapour phase, with fine cellulose material supply inlet located in upper part and with boiled fibre mass outlet located in lower part includes a process control that controls the corresponding flows introduced to the process, for example wood chips flow and boiling media flows related to it, depending on outlet flows of the process, for example outlet process of boiling media and outlet process of boiled fibre mass for creation of a gaseous phase above level of boiling medium in the boiling tank and above level of wood chips in the boiling tank, which is above the medium level at least during steady-state continuous operating mode. Wood chips level can be regulated for control of a downward directed force acting on a wood chips column in the boiling tank. The process control includes the first set of sensors connected to the process control and used to control the first set of controls installed at the fine cellulose material inlet and at boiling media inlets of the boiling tank. Besides, the system includes a load controller that is independent from the process control and contains the second set of sensors connected to the load controller and used for control of the second set of controls, by means of which influence is exerted on medium volume in the boiling tank, and namely controls, by means of which inlet and outlet flows are controlled: flow of fine cellulose material and flows of boiling media. The process control controls pressure in gaseous phase, level of wood chips and level of medium in compliance with the first set of the specified values in the process control; with that, the load controller monitors the load in the boiling tank in compliance with the second set of threshold values in the load controller, and as a result of interaction of which a higher load on the boiling tank capacity is created in comparison to that at control by means of the process control in compliance with specified values. When the above threshold values are exceeded, the load controller exerts influence at least on one of the corresponding boiling liquid flows by means of the second set of controls connected to the load controller so that net volume of the boiling tank medium can be reduced.
