FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: building complex comprises connected buildings 1, which are peripherally closed with formation of an inner yard 2, which is equipped with an inflatable dome-shaped cover 3 from the following components that are tightly connected to each other along the perimeter and are structurally independent: a central part 5 and slopes 6 in the form of elastic translucent membranes that are hollow from inside. The shape of the cover is provided by individual means of blowing up 7, 8 and a common blowing up facility 4. On membranes there are sensors of membrane sagging - strain gauges 15. Sensors 15 control connection of a compressor of the common blowing up facility 4 to the grid, providing for duration of compressor operation within the common blowing up facility 4 until elimination of sagging. The common blowing up facility 4 operates to change the actual load at elastic cover at any time of the year. Slopes 6 are made transformable.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce power inputs to maintain an inflatable structure, to increase dimensions of its inner closed yard, to increase fire safety and comfort for people and plants inside territory of a closed yard at any time of the year.
