FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: fixed lighting system has a set of light-emitting devices arranged in space, each equipped with LED radiation sources, a light-diffusing panel which is equipped with means of converting radiation from the LEDs, the smaller part of the surface of which is intended for accommodating a sign-graphic information storage medium, which is mounted to allow generation of light reaction to radiation from LEDs, a common current source electrically connected to each of the light-emitting devices, a control circuit and a means of connecting with the electric mains. Phosphor particles excited by radiation from LEDs 3, contained in material of the light-diffusing panel 2, generate luminescence of its surface. Luminescent radiation from said surface of direct radiation from LEDs 7 that are grouped into a cluster enables to transmit an information pattern included in the sign-graphic information storage medium.
EFFECT: broader capability of providing information effect, while providing general lighting at normal level.
