FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to semiconductor lighting engineering and is intended for creation of the ambient and local lighting. The device contains the light conducting plate with light-emitting surface and the rear surface opposite to it, light-emitting diodes located at the end face surface of the plate, the mosaic luminescent coating with red phosphor applied on the rear surface, and with the yellow one - on the light-emitting surface. In another version all elements of the mosaic luminescent coating are placed on the light-emitting surface.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of light and colour of characteristics of resultant light flux due to minimizing of absorption by red phosphor of light radiation with smaller wavelength.
