FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: gas water heater includes a cylindrical housing with a cover plate and a bottom, a vertical shaft with holes with upper and lower cover plates, a combustion chamber and a gas burner, membranes, a coil plate, a water distributor and water collecting liquid. Inside the housing, a shaft and a shell with bottom are installed concentrically in the centre; membranes are fixed on one side in rings, which are attached on the outer side of the shaft, and their free ends are attached to the shell. Gas burner is installed at the shaft bottom, and combustion chamber in its upper part is interconnected through openings made in the shaft and openings made in membranes with a gas duct fixed in upper part of the housing. Water-collecting tank with blow-off and overflow valves is arranged in lower part of the housing.

EFFECT: water heater design is more efficient, simpler and reliable in operation.
