FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a three-phase network, a starter, a battery, a rectifier, a current switch, automatic transfer switches, an electrical machine comprising a first valve engine, a synchronous generator and a second valve engine, and three-phase consumers, while the rectifier is provided with two outs, the first of which is for charging the battery, and the second one - for the power supply to the first valve engine, automatic transfer switches and contains NO NC contactors made by thyristor switching elements and three-phase voltage monitoring relay network. The switch current is made on the diode, which does not allow the battery to discharge with available mains voltage. The plant operates in two modes: in the presence of voltage, at which consumers are connected, the first valve engine is running at a given speed, the synchronous generator is idle and the battery is recharged in the absence of voltage, which depletes the battery for operation of the second valve the engine, and the synchronous generator is fully loaded.
EFFECT: reduction of power interruption of consumers during transition from the grid to a storage battery.
