FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: first they impregnate glass mica tape by the first compound. Simultaneously the second compound is made on the basis of the first one, where a magnesium accelerator of polymerisation is added additionally. Then one or several layers of the glass mica tape are applied onto the item, heated in a furnace to 150-160°C. Then the item is placed into an autoclave with the second compound for 3-10 minutes. Afterwards this item is removed from the autoclave and is placed into the furnace, maintained for 2-3 hours at 160-180°C. The first compound includes the following components at their following ratio, in wt %: 89.6-54.3 of methacrylated epoxide resin, 10-45 of dimethacryl ether of triethylene glycol, 0.2-0.3 of peroxide initiator of polymerisation, 0.2-0.4 of polymerisation inhibitor. The second compound includes the following components at their following ratio, in wt %: 87.6-52.0 of methacrylated epoxide resin, 10-44.9 of dimethacryl ether of triethylene glycol, 1.0-1.2 of peroxide initiator of polymerisation, 1.2-1.4 of manganese accelerator of polymerisation, 0.2-0.5 of polymerisation inhibitor.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase quality of insulation, accuracy of production of specified characteristics by means of provision of deep and even impregnation of insulation with a binder, and to reduce power and labour inputs.
