FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to moulding of container. Proposed system comprises moving and fixed mould halves arranged opposite each other. Container has bottom from compacted cardboard blank, walls attached thereto and rim partially moulded from plastic and attached to top edge of said walls, all along their edges. Mould moving half comprises at least core plate and flat compaction frame to displace relative to said core and has compaction surface and surrounds said core. Besides, said half has limiting frame to be arranged between said core and compaction frame. Mould fixed half comprises at least one mould plate with cavity and compaction surface. Insert to change the functions of said sealing surface or to limits frames at moulding of plastic rim can be coupled with sealing frame surface or to its part. Said insert can be used also for changing the size of container basic rim and for making bulges thereat, or grooves located below rim surface plane. Besides, said insert allows making the ledges to extend from basic rim outer edge and, optionally, including means for suspension, for example holes.
EFFECT: perfected method of producing packages.
