SUBSTANCE: device includes a sensitive element made from ferromagnetic material with Curie point equal to critical point of cooling liquid, which is placed in a housing from non-magnetic material, and a constant cylindrical magnet arranged in it with possibility of free movement inside the cavity. Edges of the sensitive element and the constant cylindrical magnet are connected to a spring, and the second end of constant cylindrical magnet is borne against the circuit breaker housing with magnet-controlled contacts, and the second edge of the sensitive element has contact to the cooled medium.

EFFECT: improving operating reliability of the device and simplifying the fan actuator structure.
