FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: pedal car consists of the frame 1 with seat 2 mounted at rear wheels 3, 4 and front rotary drive wheel 5. Yoke 6 of wheel 5 runs in bearings of frame 1. Shaft 7 of wheel 5 runs in bearings of yoke 6. Shaft 7 is engaged with wheel 5 via ratchet 10 and planetary reduction gear 11, preferably with gearshift of Shiumpf USA Co for single-wheel cycle. Crank 12 of crank-and-rocker mechanism is fitted on one end of shaft 7. Crank 12 is engaged via link 13 with bearing with mid section of con-rod 15. Handle bar 16 with handles 18 is jointed to top end of con-rod 15. Rocker 21 is secured to bottom end of con-rod 15 via link 19 with bearing, opposite end of said rocker is attached to bracket 24. The latter is connected to yoke 6. Hinge 22 is arranged ahead of front wheel 5. This configuration approximates handle bar handles part to ellipse to ensure simplified design.

EFFECT: efficient hand drive.
