SUBSTANCE: tool comprises main part body and tool fastener whereto tool tip is secured. Note here that tool fastener is located at main body front end. Tool tip drive is arranged inside main body. Tool handle extends from said main body across tool tip axial direction. Note here that said handle can be gripped by first to fifth fingers of the tool user. Drive switch made at handle front can be actuated by user finer to switch on the tool drive. Gripping element to be depressed forward towards tool tip in gripping by first and second user fingers at main body rear. First circular section features horizontal cross-section of circular arc shape located at handle rear and second section features horizontal cross-section of circular arc shape located at gripping element rear. Note here that this circular arc shape features larger radius of curvature than that of said first circular arc section. Circular arc shape of second circular arc section features such curvature that said section allows gripping in tight contact with connection tissue between first and second user fingers and features radius of curvature equal to 22 mm or larger.
