SUBSTANCE: manipulator comprises object table rotating about and displacing along vertical axis Z, platforms for X-ray optical circuit hardware moving along platform horizontal axis X, microprocessor control device and case. Said platforms are mounted along said X axis at separate moving carriages fitted in guides fixed at said case. Magnetic core, a rotor, of appropriate linear electric mechanotronic drive module is fixed to every platform, moving feedback optical transducer has inductors mounted together with optical transducer signal receiver are fixed at said case. Said object table is mounted at splined sleeve inner part displacing in vertical axis Z and fixed to said linear electric mechanotronic drive module. Rotor of said segment-type linear electric mechanotronic drive module is mounted at splined sleeve outer part.
