FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: described is a method of producing soap, which involves producing sodium salts of fatty acids from oil-containing natural materials, adding functional additives, pouring into moulds and holding until the soap becomes solid, after which the slap is broken into pieces and packed; the method being characterised by that an oil slop is prepared by mixing spent vegetable oil with 2-3 vol. % liquid microbiological preparation EM-Vita and 0.85-1 vol. % sugar, which is held for 1 month while stirring periodically, at temperature of 30-35°C, after which the oil slop is saponified while mixing with a solution of caustic soda and an EM-powder additive in amount of 0 to 0.3-0.5 vol. % spent vegetable oil; the obtained mass is mixed to a homogeneous state and poured into moulds, from which it is held until the soap becomes solid.
EFFECT: high cleaning capacity; the soap enables skin repair and suppresses pathogenic bacteria.
