FIELD: cosmetology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetic industry and represents a method for preparing solid soap, involving saponification of fat phase with caustic alkalis in hydrodynamic mode, characterized by that vegetable oil is used as fat phase, mixed ingredients are taken in stoichiometric ratio, at that, in surfactant solution at room temperature in amount of 0.05–0.5 % is introduced into room-temperature solution, saponification of vegetable oil with prepared alkali solution is performed in vibrocavitation mixer – homogenizer with working element, perforated rotor, and fixed working element, perforated stator, with maximum perforation size of not more than 0.05 of rotor diameter and peripheral rotor speed of not less than 20 m/s to obtain microemulsion, obtained microemulsion is supplied into reservoir for maturing during 20–40 minutes with subsequent transmission to mold the finished product.
EFFECT: invention allows to simplify technology of ready product manufacture, ensures process performance at room or minimum initial temperature of fluidity of used oils and other ingredients to produce solid soap of high quality with content of mass fraction of fatty acids more than 65 %.
