FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: power plant includes a steam-gas turbine, a compressor and a fuel combustion chamber. The plant includes a waste gas heat recovery unit having the possibility of its being used as a steam source. For that purpose, the plant is equipped with a heat pump, the circuit of which includes an evaporator, a throttle valve, a condenser and an additional compressor having the possibility of being actuated from the steam-gas turbine. Besides, the plant is equipped with a steam turbine that can operate for one shaft with a steam-gas turbine. On a gas removal line between the outlet of the steam-gas turbine and the heat removal circuit of the condenser there arranged is a heat removal circuit of the heat exchanger. A condenser gas outlet is connected to atmosphere, and its condensate outlet is connected to a condensate trap that is connected to the combustion chamber and to the steam turbine inlet through a line that includes a pump and in-series connected heat-receiving circuits of the heat exchanger and the evaporator; the steam turbine outlet is interconnected with the second condenser, the condensate outlet of which is connected to the condensate trap through the second feed pump.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing heat and water losses to atmosphere.
