FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: power plant includes a steam-gas turbine, a compressor and a fuel combustion chamber. The plant includes a waste gas heat recovery unit having the possibility of its being used as a steam source. For that purpose, the plant is equipped with a heat pump, the circuit of which includes an evaporator, a throttle valve, a condenser and an additional compressor having the possibility of being actuated from the steam-gas turbine. Heat pump circuit is connected to a source of working medium used in the heat pump circuit and serving as a coolant in the condenser. Besides, a line connecting the outlet of the condenser heat-receiving circuit to the inlet of the additional compressor has the possibility of heat removal for process and domestic needs of process users. On a gas removal line between the outlet of the steam-gas turbine and the heat removal circuit of the condenser there arranged is a heat removal circuit of the heat exchanger. The condenser gas outlet is connected to atmosphere, and its condensate outlet is connected to a condensate trap that is connected to the combustion chamber through a line including the pump and in-series connected heat-receiving circuits of the heat exchanger and the evaporator.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing heat and water losses to atmosphere.
