SUBSTANCE: compressor (10) includes housing (14) with piston cavity (16) and with dead space (18) and valve device (20) with shutoff element (22) for separation of dead space (18) and piston cavity (16). In compliance with the invention, shutoff element (22) for opening of valve device (20) can deviate from seat (24) of the valve in the direction of piston cavity (16). Shutoff element (22) deviated from seat (24) of the valve is at least partially pressed inside slot (32) located on piston (30) at upper return point of piston (30) moving in piston cavity (16). When in a non-deviated position, shutoff element (22) is located flush with valve plate (52). Besides, the invention refers to a compressor unloading method.
EFFECT: reducing throttling action of a valve on dead space and maintaining low energy losses due to constantly available dead space.
