FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed pump comprises pressure chamber 3 arranged between pump head 1 and housing 9 and having moving wall composed by membrane 2 elastically strained starting from its rest state corresponding to that at the end of pump section stroke. Intermediate constant-volume hydraulic chamber 8 is arranged inside pump housing. Said intermediate chamber adjoins said pressure chamber 3 at the level of membrane 2 and has piston 10 reciprocating inside said intermediate chamber 8. leak compensation chamber of intermediate chamber 8 communicated therewith via extra feed channel 12a via free calibrated check valve 13, its flow direction directed towards intermediate chamber 8. Check valve 13 and, at least, part of said leak compensation chamber 34 are arranged in housing 23, 31 attached to pump housing 9, at top point of said intermediate chamber at the pump operating position.
EFFECT: decreased overall dimensions.
