FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: gear clutch for transmission of rotation comprises bushes with outer rims fitted on drive and driven shafts and case. Mating rims engaging with bush rims are made at case inner edges. Solids of revolution are arranged between bush tooth and case lateral surfaces. End rings are fitted on both sides of said rims with clearance. Solids of revolution represents rollers with their axes crossing clutch axis at 90 degrees and located in one plane. End rings are bent in cross-section so that every ring is engaged with the case or bushes by one edge while opposite edge thrusts against appropriate roller.
EFFECT: decreased losses caused by friction, higher output and efficiency.
