Diaphragm assy can displace every time fluid displaces inside fluid chamber. Transducer assy allows timely control over diaphragm displacement and flaw rate signal generation processing from, at least partially, the amount of fluid displaced inside fluid chamber. Note here that device control system sub logic defines, proceeding from said signal, if fluid contains some fluid micro ingredient or fluid container is emptied.
