FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clay-based nanodisperse system for obtaining polyurethane nanocomposite and method of its obtaining. Nanodisperse system contains preliminary swollen inorganic clay, non-modified by organic counterion, and isocyanate, non-modified by organic onium ion, and said preliminarily swollen inorganic clay is split into thin plates with formation of said clay-based nanodisperse system. Clay-based nanodisperse system is obtained by addition of preliminarily swollen inorganic clay to isocyanate, and said preliminarily swollen clay was not subjected to modification by means of lipophilic counterion, and splitting of inorganic clay with formation of clay-based nanodisperse system. Polyurethane nanocomposite includes nanoclay particles, dispersed in polyurethane matrix, and said nanoclay particles are obtained in preliminary swelling and dispersion in isocyanate.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve stability of clay-and- isocyanate based nanodisperse system in storage with improvement of polyurethane nanocomposite properties.
