FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to elastomer nanocomposites. Nanocomposite includes elastomer and modified nanofiller. Elastomer includes unis based on isoolefin monomers, containing from 4 to 7 carbon atoms, and polyolefin. Nanofiller includes layered clay and amine modifier. Nanofiller contains not more than 1.5 wt % of unbound amines. Before contact of elastomer and nanofiller unbound amines are removed from the latter.
EFFECT: invention makes possible to obtain nanocomposite with improved characteristics with respect to processing with preservation of desirable impermeability characteristics.
