SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Fourteen-step gearbox comprises crankcase with intermediate wall to accommodate input, output shafts and countershaft. Input and output shafts are aligned while countershaft is arranged parallel therewith. Output shaft end with three-position clutch runs in intermediate wall bearing. Input shaft bearing is arranged in aforesaid end. Eight pairs of forward gears and train of reverse gears are fitted on said shafts.
EFFECT: longer life.
