SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test engineering and robustness tests. Apparatus has a base, sample catchers mounted on said base, a pusher connected to one of the catchers, a drive for back and forth movement of the pusher and an elastic member which is connected by one end to the second catcher and by the second end to the base through a moving beam. The apparatus further includes an inertial weight capable of moving in the direction of movement of the pusher, a device for fixing movement of the inertial load and an additional elastic member which connects the inertial load with the second catcher.
EFFECT: large amount of information by facilitating tests under the action of constant cycles, damping cycles and combined constant and damping cycles of loading with variation of type and parameters of the cycles during tests.
