FIELD: physics, optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical instrument-making and can be used in aerial photographic survey. The focusing mechanism for an aerial photographic camera has a focusing drive and an actuating mechanism in form of differential screws. A base is mounted at the first ends of the differential screws, said base having an optical radiation receiver and being capable of moving along the optical axis of the aerial photographic camera. The axes of the differential screws lie parallel to the optical axis of the aerial photographic camera. The focusing drive and actuating mechanism are mounted on a board. The mechanism also includes a feedback potentiometer situated at the second end of one of the differential screws. The second end of the other differential screw is provided with a pusher which is kinematically linked to a cam which is in contact with spring-loaded pressure screws and micro-switches for restricting the working stroke of the focusing mechanism. The mechanism includes a mechanical stop situated at the second end of a third differential screw which restricts the full stroke of the focusing mechanism and consists of an additional bushing mounted on the differential screw and adjustment screw, mounted through an additional supporting arm on the board and fixed by locking nut.
EFFECT: more accurate operation of the focusing mechanism, high reliability of the aerial photographic camera, high quality of images.
