SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, and particularly to a method of feeding sows. The method of feeding sows in the reproduction department comprises feeding on the periods of physiological condition of sows under conditions of single-phase maintenance in unheated premises on deep long unchangeable litter of straw with a sand base. The level of nutrients of sow feeding during 15 days before and 10 days after insemination is increased by 25-30% due to hydroponic green fodder, from 11th to 32d day of conditional pregnancy the feeding level is increased by 15-20% due to hydroponic green fodder, from 33d day to 83d day of pregnancy the sow feeding level is reduced by 25-30%, but with an additional introduction of 15-20% of the hydroponic green fodder, from 84th to 100th day the feeding level is increased by 15-20% due to hydroponic green fodder for the pregnant sow.

EFFECT: use of the claimed invention enables to increase sexual activity of the animals, reproductive and breeding capacity of sows under conditions of single-phase maintenance.
