FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dual trimming shears. Shears comprises stationary lower blade and upper blade driven up and down. Upper blade is arranged at its sliders directed by the support. Said support has first eccentric shaft. Said first eccentric shaft is mounted at the first end of said support if seen in direction of cutting. Second eccentric shaft is mounted at second end of said support, opposite said first one. Said first and second shafts are coupled by timing means. Said timing means is composed by a stiff inflexible link fitted on said first and second eccentric shafts to turn thereabout.
EFFECT: ruled out distortion of sliders of upper blade.
