SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifters with hooks. Lifter with two chains comprises hoisting telescoping boom, hoisting chains running over hook blocks suspended from hoisting boom nearby the ends of two telescopic sections that make a hoisting boom. Chain to vary the hoisting boom length runs over the chain wheel coupled with another chain wheel which makes the anchor for hook block hoisting chain of the given section of telescoping hoisting boom.
EFFECT: variation of spacing between hooks in compliance with cargo sizes.
