FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: steel contains the following, wt %: Cr: 15.0 to 23.0% and Ni: 6.0 to 20.0%, and its surface is coated with a treated layer with high energy density, in which microstructure and boundary of a crystalline grain are not apparent. Average thickness of the treated layer is 5 to 30 mcm.
EFFECT: steel has excellent resistance to cracking as a result of thermal fatigue at high-temperature corrosion.
