FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing an alloy which can be used in making turbine components used in production and processing of oil and gas. Proposed method comprises the following stages: a) melting by means of vacuum induction melting (VIM) or in electric arc furnace, alloy with chemical composition consisting of, wt %: C 0.005–0.03; Si 0.05–0.5; Mn 0.1–1.0; Cr 19.5–22.5; Ni 34.0–38.0; Mo 3.0–5.0; Cu 1.0–2.0; Co 0.0–1.0; Al 0.01–0.5; Ti 1.8–2.5; Nb 0.2–1.0; W 0.0–1.0; balance is Fe and impurities, wherein said impurities include 0.0–0.01 wt % S and 0.0–0.025 wt % P; b) refining by means of argon-oxygen decarburization (ACO), vacuum-inductive degassing and casting (VIDC) or vacuum-oxygen decarburization (VOD); c) remelting by electroslag remelting (ESR) or vacuum-arc remelting (VAR); d) heat treatment of alloy, obtained at step (c) to cause solubilization through at least one heat cycle at temperature of 1020–1150 °C, and subsequent rapid cooling in a liquid or gaseous medium, and e) aging at heating to temperature of 600–770 °C for 2–20 hours and cooling at room temperature.
EFFECT: alloy is characterized by high corrosion resistance and heat resistance.
