FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in ophthalmology and ophthalmic oncology for intraocular electrochemical lysis of intraocular neoplasms.3-port 23 G vitrectomy, then, retinotomy are performed with exposure of tumour. Needle curved electrode, whose intratumour part is introduced into tumour structure in zone of the greatest blood supply by data of ultrasonic examination, is introduced intravitreally. After that, in analogous way, but from the opposite side, second electrode is introduced in such a way that intratumour parts of electrodes inside tumour were located parallel to each other. After introduction of electrodes ECL of tumour is performed. After finishing ECL remnants of destructed tumour are ablated.
EFFECT: method provides possibility of introducing electrodes into intraocular neoplasm intravitreally under visual control in the most vascularised zone, which makes it possible to destruct vascular system of tumour completely with preservation of sclera intactness in area of tumour base.
