SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises the steps that follow. (a) Carbonylisation of methanol or its reactive derivatives in the presence of catalyst, i.e. VIIIth-group metal, and promoter, methyl iodide, to obtain liquid reactive mix containing acetic acid, water, methyl acetate and methyl iodide. (b) Feed of said liquid mix at feed temperature in instant evaporation vessel maintained at decreased pressure. (c) Heating of instant evaporation vessel whereas reaction mix is instantly evaporated to get raw product steam flow.
EFFECT: decreased heat between reactor and evaporator.
